Stalker have been together since 2005 when brothers Paul and Dave Hale joined forces with Paul Turner. We have been playing in and around the Colchester area for the last few years mainly playing covers in sweaty pubs where we have developed a decent following. We have gigged in London at various venues in order to showcase our original material and have released one 6 track demo album with a second 10 track album on the way. Earlier in 2011 we recorded 3 new tracks which we believe are our strongest yet, one of which was titled ‘Fake Tan Disaster’ in tribute to the many orange painted boys and gals we see out in town on a regular basis. The Video is now on Youtube and is receiving many hits already.

Other high points include being flown to Majorca to play at a prestigious wedding, hearing our songs played on Pulse Radio and ‘That’s a Fact’ topping the Pulse Radio chart, ‘That’s a Fact’ being voted in the top 10 songs out of over 1,000 on the Channel 4 website twice, winning battle of the bands heats in London against competition from all over the country, gaining over 1,000 fans from all over the world on www.numberonemusic.com including Canada and the USA and meeting and making friends with many other cool bands on the circuit.

We are going to continue with our covers gigs but fully intend to start pushing the original material some more over the coming months – watch this space!
